MotelHoustonTexas.com is owned by independent motel owner of Houston, Texas. We have a franchise of America's Best Value Inn & Suites from past few years. Our property is barely 10 years old and owned & maintained by a single owner. Our motel contains total 60 rooms with combination of single bed, double bed, two rooms of double bed and executive suits. All types of rooms are available in smoking and non-smoking area. Our property has a dedicated laundry machines operated with coins for our customer. We have soda vending machine that provides various types of soft drinks and water as Coke, Diet Coke, Orange Fanta, Sprite, Ozaka water bottle etc. We have 5 ft. deep swimming pool (displayed in our photo gallery), which is opened almost all the time for our customers. Our reception area is equipped with internet access and meeting/breakfast area to accommodate a party of 16 people. For meeting and presentation in our meeting room, we provide projector screen and white boards to our customers. We serve continental breakfast every morning. All the rooms on our property are facing external side, which gives plenty of sunshine and quicker access to parking lot for an errand. All room comes with dedicated Air conditioner and heater to make the room comfortable as you need. All rooms are equipped with separate 19" or large TV with remote control and access to local as well as sports, music and movie channels. Along with bed you will have a separate bath tub, toilet, single sink with ample of lights in the room. We have a 24 hours Shell gas station with a convenient store next to the motel.
